ISSUE: Merchant is complaining transactions they are processing are getting declined.
SOLUTION:
💡 Check if user account has transaction limits set.
- On MX Merchant, click on Settings in left vertical menu
- Click on Team
- Click on the user experiencing the issue
- Click on the Advance drop down
- Make sure their Max Sale under Payment Limits is set to cover their transaction amounts. Removing any amount in this field will set it to unlimited. Explain how this works to the merchant as well as Max Refund limit. These settings have to be adjusted by the Merchant, inform them we are not allowed to make any changes on our end.

Note: Every account defaults to 30 daily successive declines, check their transactions if they have hit this limit and have support look into it.
