Check with the merchant the following:
- Open merchant account in Elavon, check shipping address
- Verify the shipping address with the merchant
- Model and brand of the device (check against price list, always ask Olivia how much we are billing the merchant, never provide the at cost price in the price list)
Check with Elavon (addequipmentservice@elavon.com) the following:
- Availability of the terminal brand and model
Pre-fill form following the details below, use product description and price per merchant request
Send form to merchant for signature
After receiving the signed form, send to addequipmentservice@elavon.com, use following email format.
- Equipment will be shipped directly to the client.
- Elavon will bill us directly for this purchase at a cost price.
- You will receive an email from Elavon confirming the order.
- Email the merchant to inform them the order has been placed.
